💳 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All tour & safari bookings with Buraaq Al AyHaan Ventures & Tourism LLC S.O.C are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellations by Customer:

More than 48 hours before the tour: Partial refund (after service charges).
Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive on time will be treated as No-Show and is non-refundable.
Cancellations by Company:
In case a tour/safari is cancelled due to weather, safety, or operational issues, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Tour timings must be strictly followed.
3. Passport/ID may be required for certain activities.

6. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour for safety or operational reasons.
7. Misbehavior or violation of safety rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8. The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, government regulations, or force majeure.
